Education Qualification:
- Candidates should posses Degree/Graduate from recognized university or equivalent
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Experience:

| Expert / Specialist –GES & SR(Patrol Boats) | should have minimum 10 years experience of installation/maintenance activities of engineering equipment/systems from defence forces preferable from Indian Army |
| Expert / Specialist – Outfitting Electrical (Electronics) | should have minimum 05 years experience of Outfit Electrical/ Electronics jobs on Naval / Coastguard vessels |
| Expert / Specialist –EA (R), EL(R) | should have minimum 05 years experience in maintenance of ASR, SSR (preferably Fregat, Shtil, Pozitive-M, LYNX U2, EON-51, Russian/Indian originated communication systems) on IN ships / background of CMS / Ladoga / INS-SA / Nav Aids – Desirable experience in FTTT for atleast 01 year / WATT/WOT(s) / FMU – Experience in Talwar / Teg class preferred |
| Expert / Specialist –Hull Artificer / ERA / EA(P) / EA | should have minimum 05 years experience in refits on frontline warships – Experience in Talwar / Teg class preferred |
| Expert / Specialist – EA(P) / ERA / MECH (Controls) | should have minimum 05 years experience in operating/ maintaining GT controls on IN ships – Desirable experience in GTTT Naval Dockyard (controls) for atleast 02 years – Experience in Talwar / Teg class preferred |
| Expert / Specialist – HVACR | should have minimum 05 years experience in onboard service as Hull/ Engg Artificer/ PSE. – Experience in HVAC system / AC & Ref onboard IN/CG ships. |
| Expert / Specialist – GES & SR | should have minimum 05 years experience in operation of ballast control system for Floating dock/FPSO/Marine platforms |
Age Limits (as on 31-12-2025):
Upper age limit for below mentioned posts = 62 Years
Salary Details:
- Monthly Emoluments (Consolidated) : Ex-Govt. /PSU Employees: Last drawn Basic + DA rate as per CDA/IDA on basic at the time of separation
- For Other than Ex-Govt. /PSU employees: Kindly refer note I below
- Note I : Other than Ex-Govt. /PSU employees Monthly Emoluments (Consolidated) will be decided by the Selection Committee at the time of Selection process taking into account various parameters such as equivalent pay in Govt., job profile, academic qualification, nature, area & length of experience, CTC of previous employment, etc.
