Selection Process
- Written Exam (Computer-Based Test – CBT) – 75 Marks
- 100 Objective questions (MCQ)
- 2 hours duration
- Syllabus based on GNM level
- Negative marking: 0.25 mark deducted per wrong answer
- Work Experience – 25 Marks
- 5 marks per year (up to max 25 marks)
- Valid only for contractual nurses working in Bihar govt./non-private hospitals
- Final Merit = Written Exam Marks + Experience Marks (Total 100 Marks)
