Eligibility Criteria
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) from any bank (PSU, RRB, Private Banks, or Co-operative Banks) up to the rank of Senior Manager or equivalent are eligible to apply.
- Retired Clerks or equivalent from Central Bank of India who have completed JAIIB with a good track record.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.
- The maximum age limit for entry is 64 years and for continued service as BC Supervisor, it is 65 years.
For Young Candidates:
- Candidates must be at least a graduate and have computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.).
- Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications like M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA.
- Age limit for young candidates: Between 21-45 years at the time of appointment.
- The maximum age limit for continuation as a BC Supervisor is 60 years.

Remuneration & Allowances:- The fixed and variable components of the remuneration are based on the category assigned:
Category A Supervisor:
- Fixed: ₹15,000
- Variable: ₹10,000
- Conveyance: ₹4,000

Category B Supervisor:
- Fixed: ₹12,000
- Variable: ₹8,000
- Conveyance: ₹3,000
- Mobile/Internet: ₹500
