Education Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Mgt. or HR
- Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Mgt.
- Master of Personnel Mgt.
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relation
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development
- Minimum 4-year experience in case of MBA/MIRPM/MPM/MSW (out of which 2 years in the scale of 22500-80000 (IDA) or its equivalent) and minimum 5 years in case of Diploma Holder (out of which 3 years in the pay scale of 22500-80000 (IDA) or its equivalent) in the field of Personnel & Administration / Human Resource Management in a reputed organization of Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSU / Private Sector. (In the case of employment in the private sector, the minimum required CTC should not be less than ₹6,80,012/- for a minimum of four years of service. All amount in the name of Performance linked incentive/Bonus of any type shall be excluded in determining minimum CTC of ₹6,80,012/-)
- Degree in Law and working knowledge of computer like MS Office, usage of internet is desirable.
Age Limits:
- Maximum Age Limits: 35 years
- Age Relaxation: As per Govt. directives for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen and 5 years for Departmental Candidates (for those in service for last 03 yrs).
Salary Details:
- Pay Scale: 27000-95000 (IDA)
- Gross Pay: Rs.58,968/- p.m. (approx)
