SBI CBO Online Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Condition

Education Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Candidates possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant would also be eligible.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as on 31.12.2025 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India.
Age Limits:
- Minimum Age Limits: 21 years (candidates must have been born not later than 31.12.2004)
- Maximum Age Limits: 30 years (candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.01.1996)
- Age Relaxation for SC/ST: 5 Years
- Age Relaxation for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- Age Relaxation for PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
- Age Relaxation for PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
- Age Relaxation for PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 Years
- Age Relaxation for Eligible Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years
- Note: Cumulative age relaxation will not be available either under the above items or in combination with any other items.
Salary Details:
- Starting basic pay is Rs. 48,480/- in the scale of 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus 2 advance increments.
- The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, PF, Contributory Pension Fund i.e., NPS, LFC, Medical Facility etc. and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
